| Cynthia Scott Elliot, CEO |
Our founder and CEO is Cynthia Elliot. She has worked in training and marketing
for the past 15 years both privately and for major Seattle area corporations. She brings seasoned leadership with a
multitude of high-tech, banking, and start-up corporation expertise.
Cynthia received her Bachelors
of Science in Psychology and Business Administration from Washington State University, and most recently, a UW Extension
graduate of their eLearning Design and Application program. She has been creating learning materials and applications
long before the industry defined what eLearning was. She has been a lead trainer, designer, and manager within
her career and is highly skilled at working with all players on a corporate team.
Her vision is to successfully
deliver high quality learning solutions to her clients while working within their time-lines and budget. Her skill set,
management style, and the quality teams she hand selects for each project allows for cutting edge, and innovative
solutions for your company's highest return on investment.
